What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

30/7/16 - Morning.

5.8 - Now just taking 10mg Prednisolone as from today for 7days.
 
4.7 this morning was 4.9 at bed time last night. And that was a couple of hours after a meal from chip shop battered cod chips mushy peas and curry sauce.
 
6.1 this am, so coming down again. Got a shocker yesterday when I trusted a Pain A Raisin....thought its bread with currents, let's see...flippin hec shot up to nearly 12.0 and was still 8.2 at dinner 10 hours later and I not ate nuts for lunch....so that is not gong on the list ever again
