6.1 this am, so coming down again. Got a shocker yesterday when I trusted a Pain A Raisin....thought its bread with currents, let's see...flippin hec shot up to nearly 12.0 and was still 8.2 at dinner 10 hours later and I not ate nuts for lunch....so that is not gong on the list ever again
