Morning all from a soggy but mild start here in Nova Scotia. 7.2 for me this morning down from last night's 9.7. The 90 press up type things I am doing daily are hopefully starting to pay off . I am going to add some cycling into the mix.

Hugs for you. I’ve had 15 eye injections and though I will probably never not need them they will hopefully be less frequent since I got my BP meds right.

Yes you are absolutely right

5.4 this morning- it did go to 7 when I got up but within 10 mins of just sitting it went to 5.4 so I'm taking that! It's interesting to see the 'foot on the floor' effect for me and encouraging also.

Morning all, goodness knows why but my fbg was 8.9 this morning. I ate nothing out the ordinary yesterday. It down from 11.5. last night. I did 90 sit ups too

Sometimes there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason which makes it frustrating .

Well I crept all the way into the 7's with a 7.6 this morning ...own fault over indulged in lots of carby things yesterday including fish chips and curry sauce last night . Back to lowering those carbs today .
