What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all, 5.8 this morning, but not for any good reason. I had a couple of glasses of wine at my friend's house yesterday, in consequence I was dealing with low blood sugars all night. It seems my liver can't walk and talk at the same time. 10.1 last night.

An unlooked for but fully deserving 6.2 yesterday as fell prey to the nuts I said I was abandoning. Half a net full left from Christmas. Just thought rather than throw them, I'll just eat them. So I did! Now beating myself up as I will surely have put on weight with those.
Today is a new day and I can report 5.5 on my glucose meter. Off to put some steps in...Keep well and stay warm.

Been on a bit of a retreat. Hibernating. Not checking fadting levels.
This is day 99 of participation in Zoe big fast study, eating in window of no more than 10 hours duration. Usually within 7-8 hours window. Carb less than 50g.
Fasting today 8.2.
Trying to decide next step.. Fast 800 keto, or just go ask for meds.

Fbg was 7.0 this morning ..thought I'd posted when looking through the thread . Low 6's and high 5's for the rest of the days checks . Just going to bed now and a reading of 5.7 . Night night all

7.1 - Yesterday 8.7, I can live with that.

It would appear my NHS GP Surgery is moving towards full-on pay to use. I’m wondering when my T2 treatments will become part of that list too?
