What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi,
I may not remember to do this everyday but this morning mine was 6.7 and I am very pleased about that, I was taught how to vary my insulin by looking at three Fasting readings in a row. It works for me and I only vary my insulin by two units each time. I was on a research programme for a new meter and after the programme came to an end I asked my specialist team doctor what her thoughts were on it and I was praised for taking notes on it. My insulin was changed and I was encouraged to follow what I had learned. Doing well now and feel as if I am in charge of me instead of Diabetes being in charge of me.

10.11.2016 - 8am - 6.5 - still not well with a cold and inner ear balance problem, so on even more tablets than usual but it is keeping it under control so not complaining and just tested at 4pm reading is now 5.9 so happy with that.

8.1 or 147 mg/dl-fasting-I'm okay with this today, was up all night with family members and not feeling well myself.
7.4 or 134 mg/dl 8:30 pm, no need for snack tonight-feeling a little better after a nap.
