Had a 9.0 this morning. That's up 0.1 from yesterday. Had a bit of a spike in my after dinner test last night. So I'll need to examine what I ate to what might have caused the spike.

I'm due to up my dose of metformin tomorrow from 1 x 500mg per day to 2 per day. I wonder if that will make a difference.

Had a tough two days - think I'm fighting something off as my BGs had been running high (15 - 18) and my insulin consumption increased significantly to prevent my BG levels from going higher - this happens every now and then - But this morning I was 5.5 - back on track
