FBG a very acceptable 5.5 this morning. Although I skipped lunch after a late breakfast yesterday, so probably less fuel in the system overall.
@MrsA2 thank you so much for those suggestions, I will look out for them on my next shop. I get by on a sugar free jelly and a couple of squares of 85% dark chocolate most of the time, but somehow a meal isn’t finished until I’ve had pudding!
