As Craig wd say FAB -U-LOUSSSyeahmerry Chtistmas everyone today 4.8 mmol , and I even forgot mymetformin yesterday morning... I am thrilled... did do excecive excercise yesterday like 1850 calories... because soon i´ll have 6 days of no fitness .. yesterdays excercise must be the reason for my low number <3
Yes it can from metformin if you take too much and do not eat like when you are asleep.yes my headace was gone after a few hours and medication and half a teaspoon salt...and I did all my fitness as planed... and you are right I can´t just take the dubble amount of metformin... then I could be too low in the middle of the night... (if that can happen with me at all )

Yes, I got a new batch of allergy medicine yesterday and the weather has eased off a little. My allergies are not nearly as bad today. I slept well last night also. I do feel much better, thank you.Wow Susa I bet you are feeling good today!
