A rubbish 6.9 today - especially after a day of sub 10g carbs. Haven't done any exercise in 2 weeks due to cold, and that is still around so maybe I'll stop beating myself up .... maybe
Noticed when I am on earlies and up at 5am I do them just as I leave home at 5:30 and there always in the 5.3 - 5.5 range. Funny what a few extra hours in bed fasting does to them.
