In the 8's over the last few days ( own doing or should I say undoing ) with a 8.7 this morning .

My omnipod normally keeps me at 6.4 but I was 9.2 this morning. OK by me

5.8 this morning, slept well as cosy in bed and below zero outside. Not looking forward to scraping the car windows...again. Also the heating at work tends to hibernate over the winter months. Bring on the summer.

7.5 this morning, higher than would have wished but had a couple of segments (well 5 actually) of chocolate orange and a Baileys last night before bed. Guilty pleasures and sins always have to have payback unfortunately but my days of a saint have long since passed. Happy Friday all.
