What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.3 today. Still super low carb. Silly broken pancreas.
Cancer doc requested my biopsy, I should hear soon.
Heat warning still in effect, breaking records every day. (I live in south central British Columbia, Canada). Yesterday it was 38 in town, 34 at our house. Went to the lake yesterday, dog had a blast and I swear she can swim forever.
Gym today was legs and a 35 min incline walk. Blood still 6.3 before lunch. None of the tricks really work for me for any length of time. I swear my body is just happy at 6.3
Hope everyone has a wonderful day

liver has a habbit of dumping glucose to bring back to the 'normal level' it believes it should be at. fingers crossed for biopsy for you. dont think i'd cope in that heat :O certainly wouldnt be able to sleep. hopefully nights are MUCH cooler?

Yes, the nights do cool. It was 14 degrees this morning. Had all the doors and windows open! We do have air conditioning, that’s a must where we live.
You’re right, I do believe my body is happy at 6.3 or so
