What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All yesterday 7.3 and today 6.7 always glad to see a 6. I think its batten down the hatches for the next 24 hours but we are off to Estepona on Wed for 10 days and can’t wait

6.5 today…can you see my eyes rolling? Geesh….
Gym was an ab workout and yoga (by myself). Off for a dog walk soon.
Clouds today and warm…not hot.
My monstrous sunflower toppled yesterday but it did result in a lovely bouquet of flowers for the dining room table

Blue skies with frisky winds

Managed to go gliding for the first time ever over the week end

A good way to spend fifty of our British pounds. Getting high , getting a good view, experiencing the stillness and almost silence
 
Morning All 7.6 this morning. Just popped a Libre on for hols. @grantg I will just be enjoying the beach and a lot of fresh seafood and a glass or two of Ribera del Duero. Usually a day trip to Ronda and maybe another to somewhere new. Take care everyone and especially @mojo37 while you recover and btw good FBGs.
