Last few weeks been between 5.4 and 5.7 this morning was 6.5!!
Was lean on my carbs etc yesterday however had a bad night sleep wise and knackered this morning could this be the cause of my high reading?

When you consider it was 18.8 when I started the LCHF program I consider that darn good And I am taking Anti-biotics at the moment!
