What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Woke up soaked in sweat during the night but didn't think to test. Probably safe to assume I was just too warm beneath 2 duvets and a quilt and had to toss off all of them but one duvet based on my morning reading.

You may well have been having a "Liver Dump"??? That's how it starts with me = 'wake up sweating' -?. Next time check your Blood Sugar .

Usually when I have nypos I wake up in the double digits from the dump. My body's temp control has been out of whack ever since starting insulin - I go to bed freezing and unable to sleep because I'm so cold, requiring 3 blankets and a hot water bottle, and when I wake up I'm so warm I have to undo all the layering I did.

I would never wake up at 5.9 if my body had been stressed in the hours before that.
