Hi @Granny_grump_ yes you can, or get close. Your control is already good. When you are walking your dog, try to up your pace by say 25 percent, as an hour is long enough.

very fine job you are doing.... weight lifting is also a female thing these days... and they do not look masculine most of the women only fit.... it is really only an old view that women shall not lift weight
