hardly slept, burned 1877 ate 2971, 190 gr carbs 191 gr protein... no logic in this lower than yesterday number

Thanks John. I'm actually finding it helpful in reducing my day to day fasting BG. Throughout the day I'm in range. I'll get those consistent 6s soon enough

7.4 this morning. Not happy as I went to bed at 5.1. I fell off the wagon last week so I'm hoping it's a temporary thing whilst my body gets used to being back in ketosis.
