good morning all :) 4.0 today Yesterday I had to go back to the optician to repeat my 'field of vision test' because it didn't go well at all when I had my yearly eye test done :( as suspected it seems to have been mainly my flipping anxiety affecting my concentration :sorry: I didn't know it could do that to such an extent (although the dilation eye drops can apparently sometimes have an impact too). I missed no targets with my right eye and only a couple with my left, one of which I told her about so she says that it all seems fine this time. After I'd explained about the anxiety she told me that I could stop and restart the test to complete it if I needed to (which I did with my left eye). Very helpful and reassuring:happy: It seems to me that part of my anxiety comes from my body overeacting and producing adrenalin/cortisol for fairly minor physical stresses, (since I've lost so much weight my body doesn't appreciate being cold, or hungry or overtired etc.) Perhaps it's not just my insulin response that's got out of whack over the years, is it another bit of the metabolic syndrome package? Had a nice lunch out too ;)
