Good morning team. Hope we are all well or getting there. I hereby register a run of the mill 6.6 for today. @Goacher55 - happy birthday!! Hope you are being spoilt with love and pressies. @LeftPeg - brilliant score. I'm yet to have a morning score in the 4's although I often get there by late afternoon. Great progress! @Ziggy2017 and @Emma_369 - hope you are both feeling better soon. Although Emma you won't be the first person to go to soft play gym one day and wake up ill the next morning. Those places are held together with snot & sugar and are incubators for the foulest pestilence on the planet. @jjraak and @123Kiwi - welcome to the forum. Kiwi - sorry to hear you are finding the transition difficult. Take your time. Just try to plan one day at a time so it doesn't overwhelm you. Just one day of reduced carbs and you'll see the scores start to come down. The good feeling you get from that will help with the stress. I wrote blog a while back about my first 50 days after diagnosis. It's not advice but it may resonate with you as embark on your own T2 journey.
