Probably treat myself to dinner on the way home, shashlik kebab (chicken breast with peppers and onion) without bread and served with coleslaw and salad with a yoghurt dressing. I'm lucky in that the friendly folk in our favourite family run cafe are well used to me now, they will even do me a baked potato with no potato <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" />angelic: ) and give me extra 'filling' which also comes with side salad and coleslaw.
