A friend I met on here hasn't been on in ages because she feels like a fraud: Knows what to do and how to do it, but was unable to shift weight or get blood glucose control. Because sometimes, there are other factors at play, and we just have to work with what we've got. It's nice if others can manage to get to their ideal, but for me, I'll just be pleased to avoid complications. Which might not be entirely possible, but I've learned there's only so much I can do and control.
