Even more worrying for me I have my annual Hb1ac blood test and diabetic MOT next week and could really have done with a more disciplined run up to it. Whatever the result it will be a true reflection of my daily life.Still we all have to live our lives the best we can so enjoy the chocolate and treats this weekend with no guilts.
