We've been taking advantage of the sun and have been out walking around the area most days so plenty of walking exercise. I don't seem to drop bloods immediately after exercise in actual if I test immediately bloods seem to be higher than expected however I do tend to see an improvement later on or on the following day. So very happy with those blood results. The only issue with walking at the moment is that I have tendonitis of the back of the knee. I've had it a few months and I thought I could just walk off the pain and it would gradually get better. The doc when I saw him, said no....Rest it! I tried to and the ache had stated to diminish but as I have walked this week, I'm back to where I was' I'll take it though for a 5.5.

[QUOTE="Ryhia, post: 2761168, member: 503862"] 5.5 this morning :woot:. We've been taking advantage of the sun and have been out walking around the area most days so plenty of walking exercise.
