Loosing weight, getting back Into my clothes, amazing.......
Coping with 3 operations I am needle phobic and I coped....hate needles and hospitals, even though I spent all my working life in them....

Taking cats and doggies gifts to local rspca at Christmas......it's my thing to do...

Enjoying my walking....

Chatting on here, great support....

Have to end my list now.....it could go on Kat x
