My favourite moment of 2013 ? 11:59pm on 31st December, when there was only 1 minute of that horrid ruddy year left!!
Was one of the worst years of my life.

Loosing weight, getting back Into my clothes, amazing.......
Coping with 3 operations I am needle phobic and I coped....hate needles and hospitals, even though I spent all my working life in them....

Taking cats and doggies gifts to local rspca at Christmas......it's my thing to do...

Enjoying my walking....

Chatting on here, great support....

Have to end my list now.....it could go on Kat x

Not sure when I started reading on here and probably sounds a bit cheesy but....Finally getting my act together with regards to my diabetes, accepting that even though I'm a retired registered nurse, my knowledge of diabetes and its management is ****!....and discovering that it is possible to teach your Grannie to suck eggs!
