Forgive me for replying to my own post, but the emails offering free meter are happening with increasing frequency.

I was also told I wasn't eligible, but then a meter arrived. Only thing is it's not as good as my accu chek expert so I don't use it anyway!

@Administrator Do you know what is happening with the packs? My sister and I are still waiting for ours and has been quite a few months.

I am not bothered but sister is a pain in the bum (haha)

That's a shame, as this has been going on for months and months now.
I bought my own type 1 wrist band, came within days

And guess what? I still get the free meter emails, the free meter that I am not entitled to.
