Started using my fitness pal to track my Carb/ Fat/Protien intake.
My main problem is what are the best % to run with over last three weeks my carbs have been lowest then Protien then the main chunk is fats.
Couldn't believe how much fats was in the nuts and cheese I'm eating.
Any comments welcome.
I'm not wanting to lose weight as quite trim currently but need lots of energy for my job and static bike at night!
