On my 10th week and have seen great improvements to my BG. 2 hours after eating BG drops to 5s even with High Protein meal. Ketones are always between 3mmol to 6mmol.
Other day ate 2 toasts(Total carbs 36g)with meal to see the BG reaction and saw that after 2 hours BG was 5.2.
