What's happening?

After my wife telling me I look peaky I decided to check my bloods, they're usually where they should be 6-8, before food and 8-10 after food.
Why are they 13.9 today - been taking all my meds and nothing else out of the ordinary. Anyone tell me what might be happening pleeeeease.

You sound just like me. Sorry but i haven't a clue either :lol: I just posted something very similar. We should find out soon though coz there is some very well educated people on here
 
Had chinese chicken curry at 6.that was the first since lunch when I had crackers with cheese triangles and low fat yogurt.
Taken 3 metformin and 2 gliclazide so far today.
Got the 13.9 reading 2 hours after eating.

what meds are you on?
I can only eat the smallest amount of brown rice or I go into the stratosphere!
it could just be that you have a cold coming tho
