Whats in your kitchen ?

Cheese always lots of cheese , olives peanuts almonds hazels and cashews macadamias and coconut oil lots of eggs and some sinful bananas and bio-eco-milk carrots and cucumbers and leek , frozen spinach and green beens
 
Not a lot as cannot have anything that is 'naughty' as i have the willpower of a jelly fish. It's going to be a sparse xmas. Xx
 
A lot of spices to make my own sauces, marinades and coatings very few recipe books prefer to test and taste my halogen oven and air fryer and a supply of chicken, pork, salad and veggies.
