What's is a carb to eat for glucose tolerance fast

I want to find out if my pancreas is concerning insulin correctly what is a high carb I can do after a 10 hour fast check blood first then eat then check 3 x .30 min apart
 
Hello and welcome @Croweitall If I was in hospital doing a fasting test then i'd have to drink a meal replacement drink, I can't think of the exact brand, but it certainly worked in raising my glucose levels.

What's caused your concern with your pancreas function and have you spoken to a GP ?
 
Are you talking about an oral glucose tolerance test?

You need to test before you start, after fasting at least 10 hours. Then you drink 75g pure glucose in 5 minutes and nothing else. You then test for at least 3 hours, every 15 minutes or every 30 minutes. 15 minutes is best. During this period you need to sit still, no food, drinks, smoking, moving about.

Before the test you need to be eating a minimum of 130g of carbs a day for a minimum of 3 days.
