So got the results today of my blood test taken yesterday, it was 52%, whats that in real money please?

Don't think you mean 52%. You'd probably be dead! If you mean 52 mmols, then it equates to 6.9% in old money.

Ok thanks Grazer, I tried the converters but they didn't help.
So I'm now 6.9, well thats not too bad is it?!

Thankyou hun, is it good? I've never really been told what it should be.

If it's below what you previously had then I would certainly say it's good, any movement downwards has to be seen in a positive light :)

It was over 11 when I was diagnosed in Jan this year, so yep its going in the right direction.

Thats a fantastic result from 11 earlier in the year! Well done you! Ideally, you'll get it below 6.5% by the next test, so stick at it.

Well done Dawn. Keep it up

It's excellent - 6.5% is, I think, the level at which you get diagnosed as diabetic - so 6.9 is a good result
