You're probably thinking of "meat glue" (an enzyme).know that with some other processed meats it is mechanically recovered or ground up and mixed with flour to glue it back together so you get a sort of cake.

I am not quite sure why you are surprised though as there are plenty of people here having to take insulin for protein

If you want to know the carb content of your kebab, you'll need to ask the people who made it what the ingredients are.

I can there might be ethics involved with eating horsemen but what is unethical about eating offal?They always remind me of elephant legs when I see them in the shop window.......although I would think that the shish/kofte skewers with salad would actually be a healthy option.
Incidentally healthwise hat's the matter with horsemen or offal...........if you forget the ethics of it?
