What's the deal with lamb doner?

I can there might be ethics involved with eating horsemen but what is unethical about eating offal?

The shop is being unethical by passing off cheap offal/horsemeat as minced pressed and seasoned lamb?


Obviously eating horseMEN as per my original typos is tantamount to cannibalism LOL
