What's the test to identify the large, fluffy LDL component?

You wouldn't get rid of me quite that easily! (I'm a believer in pay-back; in recognition of the input by others to me along the way.)
 
For the good of others,you should stay.
However you may have other personnel and business commitments that could use your time, to be more beneficial to you and your family
Whatever you will choose wisely.
 
What an amazing result - largely due, I think, to your capacity to question and communicate, as well as research.

I can only aspire to finding such a doctor and then handling the situation so well.

Just into the New Year, in all likelihood. We did talk about decanting before Santa, but that's somewhat impractical now.
