..."spent a weekend in the snow" ... CuteOnce when I was young and foolish I spent a weekend in the snow - and NO, I don't want to swap! My motto now is " if palm trees don't grow - I don't go". Actually when sometimes it is 35C and the humidity 100%, an hour or two in the snow is a nice thought.
We got to -11. Was ok when the sun was shining but brrr after supper. Wind was biting.15 C and sunny here in Calgary, Canada today. Warmer than Calgary, Scotland.

We're bundled warm and cozy here. We'll be wearing our coats another month or so at least. -21 (windchill makes it feel like - 32) right now.It looked like it was going to pour down all day today. Still quite mild though, I was walking about without my jacket!
