T.y.Yes T2 since 9th sept.
Sunny again today 10c at 0930 & another moonlit night.
And a sprinkling of leaves too Chris lolDon't know what the temp is, but forecast frost for tomorrow morning. And I've got to go out tonight, and tomorrow night, and Weds night, and Thursday night, and Saturday night, so I'm hoping it's going to warm up. As long as it doesn't snow for Sat as I've got to get to London on the train and we all know what a sprinkle of snow or ice can do to the trains.
Thanks for that! I didn't think of the **** leavesAnd a sprinkling of leaves too Chris lol
Good luck & be safe!Don't know what the temp is, but forecast frost for tomorrow morning. The moon has been beautiful over Florida skies the last couple of nights. We're don't have it as cold as you guys but it's raining & it makes the cold feel worse...Well nearly slipped and ended up on my butt lol. Thermals are on, in visiting my big sis for a cuppa. The odd cloud, full moon (woooo lol) and icy with a current temp of -1 C
P.S. I thought you guys All say 'bum' instead of our American more crass 'butt'...The moon has been beautiful over Florida skies the last couple of nights. We're don't have it as cold as you guys but it's raining & it makes the cold feel worse...
Enjoy the visit w/your sister and the cuppa!
Just for you mgm in old money it's 30 F here still lolThe moon has been beautiful over Florida skies the last couple of nights. We're don't have it as cold as you guys but it's raining & it makes the cold feel worse...

Thanks, Eddie. It's Maureen, btw.Just for you mgm in old money it's 30 F here still lol
Cheers Maureen, us Brits are weird when quoting temps...in the winter they'll say it in Celsius as -1 sounds psychologically colder than 30. When it comes to summer they'll say "wow it's in the 80s" rather than twenties celsius. I use both scales and curiously -40 C is the exact same as -40 F.Thanks, Eddie. It's Maureen, btw.
Have to go back out to 2 separate functions in this cold rain...Fyi, 5 hours behind you...in our present 'currency', it's 49° now but low tonight is 39! Sounds like a heat wave, compared to some!
That is curious.Cheers Maureen, us Brits are weird when quoting temps...in the winter they'll say it in Celsius as -1 sounds psychologically colder than 30. I'm surprised to learn you do that. I thought you guys were completely convertex in all those respects.Maureen, I'm type 2 on insulin. Maybe it is a generational issue with the younger ones using metric now. I still use lbs and ounces for cooking and miles for distance
I still use the old currency for weights & measures and as far as I know there's no legislation yet that says we have to use mtrs & grms so why do street signs often say xx mtrs to library etc. GrrrMaureen, I'm type 2 on insulin. Maybe it is a generational issue with the younger ones using metric now. I still use lbs and ounces for cooking and miles for distance
