Diabetic Bullae ?

This is not a diagnoses, I just came across the term and images when I had some weird blisters on my arm. If there is no obvious cause then I would visit the doctor.

I'd take it to the doctors...

Had one on my thumb as a kid playing in the garden pretty much prior to getting diagnosed.
Then.
Years later whilst traveling round India I had simalar on my index finger..? Puss was creeping up the side towards the knuckle.
In an attempt to control it, I took a lancet peirced & squeezed the infection out. Cleaning with bottled water & antiseptic.
The skin did dry & peel off & it healed up nicely...

How is your blood sugars running?

My hba1c was 61 in May end of June was 51 so going in the right direction hopefully I also have hard skin on the end of that toe and the toe next to it

Great! Yer heading the right way. But I would get the toe looked at professionally..

I've only ever had this sort of thing manifest twice in the last 41 years. But only on my left hand, funny enough.
The first time as a kid I kind of put it down to playing in soil/hammering nails into wood? (I was always having a go at building something.) The second time on my travels? I don't know.. Could have been extreme heat related?
India & back when I was a kid? The summer of 76! (This is just personal supposition.)
I certainly do a lot of "hands on" hobbies & work getting alsorts imbedded or cuts & grazes.. It all heals quick with no further issues..

Book that appointment!
