Personally I don't bother with supplementing on a daily basis, but I do increase salt when I feel the need, or get cramps or a headache.
Hydration, yes, daily

I look to the contents of my (low carb) diet to supply my potassium, magnesium, salt... needs. I "cheat" a little though as currently the water filter I'm using includes a little extra magnesium.

Pre T2 diagnosis I used to have a daily potassium boost banana. as I'd been on diuretics which gave me rather bad leg cramps.

I do take them daily. Pinch of pink salt in a glass of iced water with the juice of half a fresh lime first thing in the morning.

Magnesium malate first thing, potassium with my first meal and magnesium glycinate before bed.

I tend to get cramps without the supplements (although I’ve reduced them recently without any increase in cramps) and magnesium is an important cofactor in correct absorption of vitamin d, which I also supplement daily (d3) along with k2, which is important for making sure the d3 is absorbed and goes to the right places.

I use bulk powders electrolytes for replenishing when more is needed - during illness or after strenuous exercise.

Anything healthy!
I have no idea what electrolytes are and I don’t take any supplements for anything.

In the last 8 weeks I have been rushed in to hospital because my blood potassium has been at 6.2 and it should be at 5.2 (normal) I had no idea that potassium was so dangerous to your body, if left to go it would eventual end in having a heart attach. Now I have only learned of this in the last 8 weeks so now having to worry about sugar intake I have to watch for potassium intake, life just gets harder.
