I'm still quite new to LCHF and looking for some lunch ideas.

Over the summer I lived on a variation of salads but getting a little fed up and with the cooler weather their not quite so appealing now.

Crustless quiche and fat head or cauli pizzas are on my list but need some more inspiration...

Do you have bacon and eggs for breakfast at all? I skip breakfasts, but a couple of times a week I have my version of a full English for my lunch. No rules to say you can't have a fry up for lunch, or even evening meal. :)

Low carb cauliflower cheese is good - I just par boil the cauliflower, put in ovenproof dish, add a dash of cream and top with plenty of grated cheese before baking. Delicious and also goes well with meat/fish if you fancy something more substantial.

Stir-frys can be good: I have some variant of odds and ends stir-fried most days.
Eggs, shrimp, cabbage, tofu and mushrooms today, but you can have broccoli and chicken, beef mince and aubergine- almost anything works.

Some protein with chopped avocado and a few raw veggies chopped up.

If I want warm food I make a mean mushroom based herb gravy and top my protein with it. Then sliced avo after it's done cooking.

Omelets are a fav too.

I pack my lunch lots of times so soup in a thermos or just leave off lots of raw veggies.

Last year I loved warm chicken thighs and green beers with butter in my thermos.

I can make quick soups by just adding broth and herbs to some protein. Throw in a few veg. It doesn't have to be complicated, just full of flavor

I bought myself a soup-maker ! Best present I ever got ! you know exactly what goes into it - so no lurking unwanted sugars. and really quick too

Don't attribute certain food to mealtimes with titles. Just eat food when you need to eat.

I like soups for lunch, homemade is best since you can control what goes into it. I love eggs, and bacon too. I had a really bunless burger for lunch yesterday.

Favourite lunch has got to be one that involves wife and grandkids.
Food wise? If it's quality produce, tastes good and makes me happy then that's all that matters.
