They do make any of their subs as a salad bowl as an alternative (as much salad as you want too)... As I found out today and grabbed a quick lunch on the hoof.

Yes; over the past nearly 2 months since diagnosis, I have unfortunately concluded that I have to ditch all bread. This makes any form of sandwich a challenge. Wraps are the only way :-(

i heard on the radio, they were testing meat content etc in all sandwiches etc and said that there was the same amount of salt in the subway sandwich they tested as is in 15 packets of crisps, so with the bread and the salt ill be steering clear unfortunatly because i used to love them

BIG Subway fan here! You can have any sandwich as a salad - they're bloddy lovely.

Don't really have a favourite, though. Probably something with Chicken and Bacon...

And Ranch sauce and Chipotle sauce...

Chicken teriyaki with lettuce tomato an onion with mayo on hearty Italian cheese and toasted or chicken tikka done the same way
