That is a site often quoted here. Many live by it. Looks ok to me too, although the link does not seem to work.
May be it should be the first place newbies are given when they join,as it's a good starting point.The more times it's posted, the more people see it!

Well I would certainly like to see that happen.
No we didn't.It often is, but there are some members who object to the term 'high fat' and are vocal in protesting that we shouldn't promote eating a lot of fat, especially to new people on the forum.
We've had a couple of quite bickery threads about it recently.
Fortunately you (as one of the newer members on here) have had the common sense to read up, evaluate the information, and now want to promote it as much as many of us do.
