Can anyone tell me why the carb content of almond pancakes on recipe says 12 carbs per 3 pancakes, but if I add all the ingredients carbs totals together I get a different value, ie 10 carbs in total for 12 pancakes, does cooking make a difference, Am I bring a bit dence??
