When do I have Lantus tonight?

I'm going to a dinner party tonight. We are eating at 9pm. So I'll inject Nivorapid (5 units) just before we eat. My worry is I usually inject Lantus (10 units) at 10pm every night. I'm a bit worried these two injections are too close to each other. What do I do?

you'll be fine taking the lantus at your normal time.

the 2 insulins perform completely different functions so taking them at around the same time is cool.

I took lantus for 18 years and always took it alongside evening meal at about 6:30pm

My nurse advised me that it was perfectly fine to take both my lantus and novo rapid at the same time but just to inject at two different sites. i.e. At opposite sides of the stomach
