when to eat a main meal ?

Question if i may.

Is it better to eat a main meal in the evening with type 2? Rather than lunchtime?

MY mum has for lunch and increasingly has hypos mid morning ? I'm thinking the food isnt lasting and maybe swap? Or am i barking up the wrong tree?

It all depends on meds. I think you need to speak to your docs.
I know that what you eat is more important than when you eat, but surely spreading the carb and sugars load, she injects herself for should be spread out more evenly would be better.

Porridge for some is too much.
Bread is too much.

Have a read around and see what we recommend to eat, rather than what your mum's been told, that might give you more of a clue.

I believe it's the meds need adjusting. But speak to your doc.
