When to take daily medication????

Thanks Ali , fitness used to be my life, before Mr Arthritis stole my trainers over 12 years ago, previous to this I have run 80 miles races and 4 London marathons plus ex solider and qualified sports therapist/ fitness instructor so Living with T2 now is such a shock esp with how much training I have done HaHa Any questions on health related fitness just ask. Sorry you are struggling but chin up it could be worse. I had the sinus **** and my blood sugars went high so don't be alarmed, dump on me all you want,, you need to talk tweet or what ever the word is
Fitness is like diabetes it's life long struggles so what we don't achieve today we can try for tomorrow
Take care

Ps how's the hamster

Awww Dave, you really are a very sweet & kind man. Thank you for the supportive words. You're right...it could be worse. Sometimes it takes a buddy to put the low moments into perspective. What a bummer that Arthritis put pay to your super-long distance running. You're clearly a man who likes to be challenged and push himself. I reckon you'll always be successful in your endeavours, no matter what that endeavour is. Managing your Diabetes will be another challenge that I've no doubt you'll do well. It may not have the excitement factor, but that sense of achievement is gonna be amazing. As for fitness related advice...YES PLEASE! That would be a huge help. :)

ps: Bumpy boy seems no worse off for his paintbrush adventure. He's a cutie. Lol. X

Ali you know me already, if it's not challanging forget even if it hurts , for 12 years I have not run 1 mile, for the 30 years before. 100000s it's that what made me, this diabetes won't win I won't let it and I hope everyone on this forum thinks the same especially you. You put the effort in to fitness and the rewards will come if only in the sense of I am trying
My saying is " who cares who wins" as long as it's me
Everyone has low moments in life and as they say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger so in the morning it's a new Ali facing the world, diabetes is just an inconveience add a bit of life style management in to the mix and it's sorted , new day new challengeschallenges

Dave Hun, You've overcome adversity in your life. Your Arthritis diagnosis must have been tough to take considering your background. I love your attitude and you give out positive vibes, which is good to be around. You have the gift of being able to motivate. I'm sure there'll be times I rage against the world because of this disease. But I'm learning to dust myself down & carry on. It's still early days. Good luck to us both I say.
Ali. X
