Morning everyone

I’m on a no carb diet and doing 16:8 nearly everyday.

Maybe unrelated but my new lifestyle appears to have stopped my period. I googled it and it sounds like that’s possible, but is that healthy? Should I be worried? I’m not malnourished because I’m still as big as a house!

I’m 35, and no chance of pregnancy, and I think I might be a little young for menopause

thanks for reading!

I would visit your doctor and get that checked out.
Regarding malnutrition - you can be as big as a factory and still be missing necessary nutrients in your diet.

I agree and also the reason some folks are fat is that they feel hungry often as their bodies are telling them they need more nutrients.

Well. I have friends who've had menopause earlier, but I agree it seems a little young. Being underweight can definitely cause this (I skipped from 15 to 18 and am pretty sure that was the cause), but if not then I would chat to your GP.

As @In Response said, you could be missing some essential nutrients.
