Type 1 Where can I get insulin pens?

My 4 year old son diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic on Tuesday. Given NovoPen Echo insulin pens which don't appear compatible with the Novo Penmate which hides the needle. Asked diabetic nurse who advised they did not have any compatible pens and was told contact Novo Nordisk. Can anybody advise a contact tel.no for Novo to get some pens (which I assume are free!!) so I can get this sorted.
