Where do I download the free cook book

I tried but I think the link is broken, however there are lots of recipes, also free on the main site if you do a seach for this: diabetes.co.uk/myhealth/Extra/recipes
 
Not from Low Carb Programme, but from main website. I can't put a link to it yet, not posted enough for Forum to recognise me as a legitimate poster. But if you add www - to: diabetes.co.uk/myhealth/Extra/recipes you should see what I am talking about. To be quite honest the recipes on the Low Carb Programme are not low enough for me. I wasted my money there... :(

You have to have made a certain number of posts before you can post links.. stop some of the spammers but some still get through!
