I've only used it for smoothies and in chia pudding (and my powder is egg protein, not whey or soya, since they dont agree with me).
I bought it out of curiosity, about 3 days before it dawned on me that my stalled weight loss was largely due to too much protein. So now it languishes in the cupboard, tragically unloved...
