Which CGM is best?

I’m close to being pre-diabetic and would like to work out which food caused my blood sugar to rise? Can anyone suggest pros and cons of the various CGMs please?
 
The main 2 for self funding are the Libre Freestyle 2+ and the Dexcom One, both (usually) have a free trial so you could register and give them both a try. The Libre runs for longer 15 days as opposed to 10 for the Dexcom, but you can't calibrate the libre like you can the dexcom. Both run from an app on your smartphone so check that it's compatible. Personally having tried both I prefer the Dexcom.

Thanks for responding. A further question if you don’t mind please? In what way do these need calibrating. What does calibrating do?
